Frequently ask questions

1. How do I make an order?

You can place your order using the following two methods:

  • Online order: Surf our e-shop, select the products you desire to order and follow the easy, step-by-step process.
  • Telephone order: Call us at +357 25 325 087 and place yourorder via telephone. Please have your product code and/or model code ready.
  •        
    Monday to Friday: 08:00AM 
     06:00PM (Except Wednesday) 
  • Wednesday & Saturday: 08:00AM  03:00PM

Alternatively you can visit our shop at 30 Kolonakiou Street, 4103, Limassol.


2. When will I receive my order?

Generally orders will be received within 1-2 working days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noontime) Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched same day and will be received next working day from purchase date.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noontime) Monday to Thursday, are dispatched the following working day and shall be received within 1-2 working days from purchase date.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM (noontime), Saturday orSunday, are dispatched Monday morning and shall be received within 1-2 working days.

3. Delivery methods and Delivery charges.

We offer the following three Delivery Methods:

  • Door to Point Delivery: To your preferred or your closest Courier Station.
  • Door to Door Delivery: To the address you provide.
  • Delivery via our Lorry: This method is only valid for products that need a Lorry (e.g. Big machinery, Building and ConstructionMaterials etc)

4. Where do you deliver? Do you offer International delivery?

For the moment, we only offer delivery to the whole of Cyprus.

5. Refund/Exchange policy: Can I get a refund for a returned product(s)?

Yes, of course you can.

Refunds are issued depending on the payment method used for the purchase (Courier charges are non-refundable):

  • In case of Credit/Debit card Payment:
    Refund is made directly to your Credit/Debit card.
  • In case of Paypal Payment:
  • Refund is made directly to your Paypal Account.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery:
  • Please call our Customer Service department +357 25 325 087.

Exchange:

A voucher is issued to match the cost of product(s) (except the cost ofDelivery) to be used in-store or on our e-shop.


6. Defective or wrong products. What happens if product(s) arrives defective/damaged?
A refund can be issued only for the cost of the product(s). Courier charges are non-refundable.
Please check our Refund/Exchange policy bellow.
An exchange can be made for a new product(s). Otherwise avoucher can be issued to match the cost of product(s) for purchase of anything in-store or on the e-shop.

7.  Returns policy: Do you accept returns? Do you offer refund or exchange? Which items are excluded for Return?

Yes we do. Courier charges are non-refundable. If you change your mind for an item(s), you can return this product(s) viaCourier or by bringing it to our shop for a refund or exchange.

The product(s) must be returned:

  • Within 15 days of the purchase date
  • In original packing
  • Unopened, Unused and Undamaged.

Items excluded from Returns Policy:

  • Mosaic tiles (unless whole sheet)
  • Custom-made colours for paints/varnished.
  • Used items

Note: If a product(s) is returned via courier, the shipping charges are paid by the customer.

8. Can I cancel my order?

If you have not finalised your order on our e-shop:

Go back to your basket and cancel the order or delete any product(s) you do not want.

If you completed the online order:

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and paid for, it immediately goes to our warehouse for processing, therefore, cannot be cancelled.


9. Do you offer spare/replacement parts for your product(s)? How do I order them?

Yes we do.

Some of our items have spare parts listed on our e-shop.For spare/replacement parts not found on our e-shop, simply call +357 25325 087 and have your item code, model number and spare part ready and we shall help you immediately.


10. What Payment methods for you offer?

We offer multiple payment methods. Simply choose the one that is mostsuitable for you.

  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Electron, MasterCard, American Express):
  • To ensure the security of the payment, we use the system JCC Gateway provided by JCC.
  • Paypal:
  • When selecting to pay using Paypal, you will be immediately redirected to the Paypal Website to finalise your payment.
  • Cash On Delivery: 
  • We offer Cash on Delivery, free of charge/fees. When selecting this method, the customer is reliable to pay the appropriate amount(including delivery cost) to the courier upon the delivery of the products.

11. Can I place an order now and have it held to be shipped at a later date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold orders. Once the order is placedand approved by our accounting department it will be sent to thewarehouse for processing.


12. Do you offer Warranty for your product(s)? Which products are liable to this Warranty?

Yes, we do offer Warranty on our products. Products excluded from Warranty are all the disposables.

Warranty on Electric hand tools, Electric machinery and Electronic equipment have 1-2 years Warranty, depending on the manufacturer’s/supplier’s warranty policy. This is specified on each product’s description.

Please note that P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD and any of the Manufacturers/Suppliers we represent are not responsible for customer misuse of merchandise and therefore Warranty is not valid in such cases.


13. Availability of our products

Most of the products shown on our e-shop are available for immediate purchase with the exception of the products marked as ‘sold out’ and/or ‘available only via order’.

Products marked as ‘sold out’, will be back in stock ASAP.

Products marked as ‘available only upon order’, might need up 30-40 working days. Please contact our Customer service department to specify availability on these products.


14. Delayed orders. Why is my order delayed?

Orders might be delayed due to:

  • Lack of contact between the customer and the courier (No reply to courier call, wrong customer telephone number provided by customer)
  • Extreme weather conditions, public strikes or bank holidays.
